    The Boston College Veterans Alumni Network (BCVAN) was established in 2011 to honor the University’s servicemen and women and to strengthen the bonds among alumni, veterans, and the greater BC community.

    Veterans Reception Reunion Weekend

    On Saturday, June 3 the BC Veterans Alumni Network held its 7th annual Veterans Reception during Reunion Weekend. Lieutenant Colonel Brian J. Cummins '82, USA (ret.) gave the keynote address to 150 alumni and friends. Read his remarks and see photos of the event.

    Boston College Veterans Memorial

    The Boston College Veterans Memorial honors alumni who died in service to their country.  The BC Veterans Memorial Website contains a database of alumni veterans who died in conflict as well as other information about the Memorial and resources for veterans and their families.  View the BC Veterans Memorial Website.

    Honor Flight

    The Honor Flight Network is a non-profit organization created "solely to honor American's veterans for all their sacrifices."  The organization transports our heroes to Washington, D.C. to visit and reflect at the memorials.  Top priority is given to senior veterans- WWII survivors, along with other veterans who may be terminally ill.  Learn more about this organization. » Read more
